Compatible with all Shure GLXD Wireless Systems, the Shure GLXD2/B58 wireless features a BETA58 dynamic microphone with a supercardioid polar pattern, but this time with a new twist. Unlike its other wireless transmitter counterparts, the GLXD2/B58 utilizes a rechargeable lithium ion battery that can be charged directly in the receiver. Compared to the legendary SM58, the GLXD2/B58 microphone/transmitter has a more sensitive directional response because of the difference in polar pattern. This supercardioid polar pattern is ideal for situations where vocal clarity is at risk because of the venue or sound context or where vocal clarity is of utmost importance.

• Battery recharges in full in just 3 hours and also has a quick charge function that will get 1.5 hours of use out of a 15 minute charge for wireless power when you need it.
