The Mapex Mars MA486S Bop Series Shell Pack Drum Set is composed of 100% Birch, 6-ply, shallow depth shells with the SONIClear bearing edge that offer a bright, clear sound with a swift rebound. It is configured in a 1 up 1 down compact setup with an 18” bass drum, making it suitable for portable, quality-sounding percussion in a tight space. The 7.2mm Birch 6-ply shell, combined with the SONIClear bearing edge, allows for lucid transmission of sound and improved tuning stability at low tunings. This 4-piece shell pack includes 10" mounted rack tom, 14" floor tom, 14" snare drum, and a 18" kick, complemented by the SONIClear tom suspension and floor tom feet for high resonance and maintained tuning.
