Equipped with Fostex’s proprietary newly developed RP diaphragm, which is made of highly heat-resistant polyimide film as base material and etched with copper foil.
The driver unit uses a neodymium magnet. Combined with the newly developed RP diaphragm, it achieves the highest sensitivity in the series at 98dB/mW. In addition to a wide reproduction bandwidth, excellent transient characteristics are realized.
The maximum input power of 3,000mW, the highest in the series, has been achieved to cope with the harsh conditions of studio use.
Damped semi-open-type housing. While providing the isolation characteristics of a sealed type, it can reproduce rich low frequency ranges and smooth vocals, which conventional sealed types are not good at.
The headphone cable can be easily detached and attached to the headphones.
High-quality ear pads are used. Soft and comfortable earpads allow for comfortable monitoring even over long periods of time.
