The guitar had uneven finish on the upper horn/bevel. Yandas originally offered an additional discount or a full refund after reviewing pictures of the guitar. I opted for the refund. After they received the guitar they decided this was not an issue and would not provide a full refund. They also stated “We did sell this at a discounted DEMO price. DEMO's by definition are sometimes less than perfect. We find it to be still within our store policy on DEMO guitars.” However, I verified the guitar was still new and in the box. It was marked as demo due to it being “older inventory.” See the screenshot of the messages. Additionally, their store policy states demo products are non-returnable yet they offered a full refund after reviewing the images I sent. They should not have offered this nor provided a return shipping label if the policy was so important. See the pictures show indents and extrusions on a $4200 guitar’s finish. It is easier to see in person though.
