This Walrus Emissary Parallel Boost offers two independent boost circuits that run in parallel, allowing precise control over your tone. The top knob delivers a clean, high-headroom JFET boost to enhance your sound’s clarity, and the bottom knob provides a focused midrange boost at either 1kHz or 800Hz, selectable via toggle switch, perfect for cutting through the mix. Use each circuit alone or blend both to achieve a versatile, dynamic boost tailored to your playing style. The bypass switch also features a momentary function. When the bypass switch is in the off position, press and hold to temporarily activate the effect. Releasing the switch turns the effect off.
