Engineered to partner with the MESA Roadster head and combo, the 2x12 Recto Compact offers a sealed, closed-back design in a smaller size that still yields balanced lows, mids, & highs, plus signature Rectifier punch & resonance. Users benefit from the cabinet's decreased size and simpler transport, but still get the acclaimed Rectifier sound.

MESA® enclosures feature superior craftsmanship, constructed with void-free, marine-grade Baltic Birch and rabbet corners reinforced with glue and nails. The speaker baffles are fitted with a dado joint, while the grilles are wrapped around a separate grille board for improved sound. The grille material is twisted jute, treated with a special coating to soften high frequencies.
